Our courses are designed to assist staff with the necessary skills  to recognise the early indications of confrontational behaviour to prevent such incidents escalating. The courses combine observation, communication, threat & risk assessment, legal legislation as well as psychological aspects enabling course participants to take control of difficult situations.

Negotiation and control are key factors in any dispute; therefore the ability to competently use such skills is extremely important in managing challenging situations. We introduce safe systems of work and a host of innovative examples of good practice  to provide safe strategies to assist staff.
