Conflict Solutions specialise
in delivering Personal Safety training courses to organisations
in the private, public and charitable sectors. Since 2002, we
have become one of the fastest growing companies providing
bespoke personal safety, conflict management and lone working
safety training in Wales.

face the risk of confrontation in the workplace, we can help you
with your legal obligations, assist you in producing robust
safety policies and procedures and provide staff with the
necessary skills to deal effectively with confrontational
situations.
Our courses
are designed to assist staff with skills to recognise the
early indications of confrontational behaviour to prevent such
incidents escalating. The courses combine observation,
communication, threat & risk assessment, legal legislation as
well as psychological aspects enabling course participants to
take control of difficult situations.
Negotiation
and control are key factors in any dispute; therefore the
ability to competently use such skills is extremely important in
managing challenging situations. We introduce safe systems of
work and a host of innovative examples of good practice to
provide safe strategies to assist staff.
In addition to
our personal safety training courses, we are able to provide a
wide range of further training products. Working closely with
clients, we aim to develop and deliver appropriate and cost
effective training solutions to meet precise organisational
objectives and individual development needs.

The Directors
The
Directors, Vince and Richie, have over thirty five years experience
collectively, of working in challenging roles within the public service
sector. Through a wealth of experiences, they have the ability to pass on
their knowledge, skills and vast experiences gained from dealing with all
manner of confrontational issues.
Vince Donovan
Vince has been employed in the public service sector for the past twenty
three years, gaining a great deal of experience in dealing with many areas involving confrontation and violence. For the past
eight years he has been responsible for providing personal safety training and information to many of the vulnerable groups within Cardiff.

Richie Marshall
Richard has been employed in the public service sector for the past
fifteen years, gaining experience in dealing with similar areas of confrontation and violence. For the past ten years he has been responsible for providing conflict management, self defence and personal safety training to specific public sector workers in the Cardiff area.
